On Saturday another season ended. The club is pleased with the outcome, the third place is a great result given the circumstances. Each season we went up a place, which is good. We don't dare to think of breaking this rule and climb two places this time around. It will be nice to make this step, the step of promotion, but, the club is going through some important changes so nobody would want to put unnecessary pressure on the players. Everybody is just willing to start again, hoping that this season will be a better one.
Last but not least, we would like to welcome the last to join our youth league, Soda Ocna-Mures II. We wish them and the rest of the teams GOOD LUCK on this new adventure.

Starting yesterday, 78 League became Lear Horse of Babel. The meanings behind this new name remained the best kept secret. They say only two managers in this league know what this is all about. Until now, there are three new teams:

We expect another team to join and hopefully our former competitors to stay.
We guarantee a much more dynamic and competitive league, stronger encounters and consequently a wonderful show for our fans. The league will have now 8 teams and the schedule has changed. We will play on Sundays. So, only good news for our fans. Therefore, we expect a greater number of supporters at the stadiums from now on.

One match away from the season's end and our youngsters are comfortably ahead of the league, with 14 points. Just when we were thinking about promoting our great player Claudiu Florea to the senior squad, he scored another hat trick, making everybody wonder how next season will look like without him and other important players that are considered already old, old for the youth team. The management has a lot to think about the future strategy during this competitional break. We heard from reliable sources that meetings involving trainers, scouts and management are held more and more often. The manager herself told us that she considers the youth team her highest priority right now, as it represents, "the future of the club". She also said that she is aware of all the aspects that should be taking into account and that every little wrong step it will cost the entire club. The journalists were very surprised when the manager, known for her absolute discretion, wanted to add at the end of the conference held today that there should not be so many speculations regarding certain family ties between her and a certain player. "He is demonstrating time and time again that he deserves his place and role in the team". She wanted to make clear that she hates those mean remarks that are not related to football and furthermore, they are not based on real facts. She gave a name to everything, she called those journalists constantly writing about it, unprofessional and their articles, pure gossip.
After this short comment, she just wanted to congratulate and thank the youth players for their hard work and consistent results.

É filho de um ex-guarda-redes português, Félix Mourinho, o qual ganhou muitos títulos em sua carreira futebolística. José Mourinho nunca conseguiu seguir uma carreira de futebolista como o pai (tentativas mal sucedidas em clubes menores), mas desde muito cedo mostrou uma habilidade inata para organizar e preparar os relatórios e os dossiers das equipas do pai.
Mourinho viria depois a estudar Educação Física no ISEF, tendo concluído o curso com boas notas, e como professor de educação fisica numa das escolas secundárias de Setubal, mais uma vez prova a sua aptidão para preparar, organizar e gerir (fisica e mentalmente) homens.
